KW GRAIN DRYERS

Kepler Weber grain dryers are designed to safely and efficiently dry grains, guaranteeing the product's integrity and high quality. The drying capacity is renowned and confirmed in practice with a range of product types and different climate conditions. Our grain dryers are dimensioned with an elevated static capacity and reduced air flow, fostering lower energy consumptions, both in the fans and furnace, thereby minimizing the emission of particulate material into the environment.

KW GRAIN DRYERS – LARGE LINE

These grain dryers have capacities that range from 100 to 200 metric tons an hour, with drying towers of two types: columns or trestles, with double air recirculation.

KW GRAIN DRYERS – MEDIUM LINE

The medium line of grain dryers have capacities that range from 40 to 100 metric tons an hour, with drying towers of two types: columns or trestles. Drying may optionally include cooling, in a full re-circulated air column. Our medium line of grain dryers was developed with a focus on cooperatives and medium-sized producers.

KW GRAIN DRYERS – SMALL LINE

The small line of grain dryers have capacities that range from 10 to 30 metric tons an hour, with drying towers of two types: columns or trestles, as well as drying with or without cooling. Our small line of grain dryers was developed with a focus on small producers.

KW GRAIN DRYERS – RICE LINE

The Kepler Weber rice line grain dryers was designed to withstand wear resulting from the abrasive nature of this product.
